Andrea Asciuti founded 081 Pizzeria, which began at Peckham Levels and then moved into a permanent 20-seat restaurant on Peckham Rye. The pizza is Neapolitan, made with a 72-hour dough, and the restaurant was ranked 43rd in 50 Top Pizza Europe in 2024.
