About Crust Bros

Crust Bros opened its biggest pizzeria yet, a two-floor flagship at 29 Bedford Street in Covent Garden, in July 2025, with other sites in Waterloo and Earl's Court. It is a 2026 National Pizza Awards finalist, with a carbonara-inspired pizza.

The pizzas are Neapolitan-style, with a vegan nduja option that earned praise.
