About Short Road Pizza

Short Road began as a lockdown project in Leytonstone and now runs residencies at the Three Colts Tavern in Bethnal Green and the William The Fourth in Leyton. It won the overall title at the 2025 National Pizza Awards.

The style is Roman with New York influence, with a Chicago tavern-style pie on Tuesdays, and Time Out has named its marinara among the best pizzas in the world. As a pub residency, it is worth checking days and hours before going.
