About Ace Pizza

Rachel Jones started ACE in the kitchen of a Hackney pub in 2018. In 2025 she opened a first pizzeria of its own at 126-128 Lauriston Road in Victoria Park Village, and it still cooks at the Pembury Tavern on Hackney Downs.

The pizza sits between Neapolitan and New York, built on a long-fermented dough for a crisper crust. It made the 2025 National Pizza Awards shortlist.
