About Dough Hands

Dough Hands is a pizza project that cooks in other people's kitchens: the Spurstowe Arms in Hackney, and a slice-focused residency at All My Friends in Hackney Wick, with extra-large 20-inch pies. An earlier residency at the Old Nun's Head in Nunhead has ended.

The base is crisp and light, in a house London style. Because it moves between venues, check where it is cooking before you go.
